New Monument Signage in Williams

(Williams) Coldwell Banker Commercial is investing heavily with new signage in the Valley Ranch Business Park in the City of Williams, in Northern California. Large panel signs have been installed at the gateway monument at the interchange of Interstate 5 and Highway 20 at the entrance of the Love’s Travel Center.

The signs mark the commitment Coldwell Banker Commercial is making toward the future of the massive commercial development park, about sixty miles north of Sacramento. With more than 233 acres of development land along I-5, the Valley Ranch Business Park can accommodate a wide variety of new construction projects, ranging from large logistic distribution warehouses and office complexes, to smaller retail projects such as hotels, quick serve restaurants and highway automotive dealerships. The park even has a residential subdivision with approved tentative map allowing for 83 new homes.

The business park has already had a number of completed projects including the recent construction of a new Grocery Outlet, Dollar General, Love’s Travel Center, and coming soon, a new Ekroop Truck Wash facility. Earlier completed projects include a California Highway Patrol facility, Colusa County “Education Village” and a Woodland Community College facility.

Land prices at the Valley Ranch Business Park are extremely competitive. For an overview of the opportunities CLICK HERE, or contact Mike Donnelly at 530-828-0011.
