(Chico) The Shops at Mangrove, Chico's most professional and well located commercial centers has been sold. The 19,523 sq. ft. retail center has been acquired by Bridge Properties, a growing commercial real estate company based in Southern California. Bridge Properties is a family-owned investment firm in Los Angeles, specializing in value-add opportunities across retail, office, and flex properties.

The Shops at Mangrove cosists of three buildings on two parcels. Located at the corner of Mangrove and Vallombrosa at the gateway to downtown Chico, "The Shops" features great businesses such as Jersey Mike's Subs, Gen Kai Sushi, Greenlight Fitness, Learning Express Toys, Noodle House, TopNotchz Nails and Mink Speakeasy Tattoo (an absolute "must see").
