Commercial Brokers of California has exciting news for Chico dancers and gymnists! Congratulations to Kinetics Academy of Dance & Gymnastics, one of the region's most beloved dance and movement schools, for their new lease on life at 195 Humboldt Avenue!

After years of growth, Kinetics Academy has outperformed its current Broadway location and is relocating to a larger, inspiring space along Little Chico Creek. Situated just off Main Street across from Dutch Bros Coffee and next to Cloud Social, the new facility offers a vibrant setting that blends creativity, accessibility, and community.

Housed in a distinctive commercial and cultural building, the new location provides the additional space that Kinetics Academy needs in order to continue expanding its programs. Stay tuned, as the academy will transition into the new space over the coming year. Students and families will get to experience an exceptional environment for dance, gymnastics, and artistic expression.
