Senior Housing Construction Begins

(Chico) Construction is underway for a much needed senior housing project in Chico.

Christian Church Homes (CCH) is building a new 79 unit apartment complex at the corner of Yosemite Ave. and Humboldt Road. The development will consist of multiple fourplex buildings and a 4,000 sq. ft. club house.

The site has beautiful views of the foothills and the valley below, and is close to the Old Humboldt Road bike path. The 11.26 acre parcel was sold to CCH by Commercial Brokers of California representing the Seller.
