Office Park Sold - Far Northern Regional Center to Expand

(Chico) Commercial Brokers of California announces the sale of a beautiful office complex as part of a major non-profit expansion. The sale of 1367 E. Lassen Ave. in Chico is the first step in a redevelopment project of the Far Northern Regional Centers Chico facilities.

Far Northern is a tenant in one of the buildings on the property and will expand into a second building as part of a state of the art remodel project. An investor has purchased the property as part of a sophisticated bond financing deal that will allow for significant construction improvements to meet client needs for the future.
