Cobblestone Court - Home of the new Butte County Fire Safe Council Office in Paradise.

Butte Fire Safe Council – New office in Cobblestone Court at 6585 Clark Rd., Suite 120, Paradise.  Landlord and Tenant were represented by Mike Donnelly.  Cobblestone Court is in great condition in the aftermath of the Camp Fire and is open for business!  Poised and ready to help rebuild Paradise.  For more information CLICK HERE.

Pacific Gas and Electric – Ground lease on five-acre industrial parcel at 5369 Clark Road, Paradise.  The site will be used as a dry soil processing location in support of the Paradise clean up and recovery effort.  The lease was handled by Mike Donnelly representing the Landlord and the Tenant.

Exciting revitalization of Meyers Street District in Chico. New Home of Bob’s Air Repair.

Bob’s Air Repair – Relocation to 132 Meyers Street, Suite 100.  Approximately 4,520 of cool warehouse/office/flex space.  The lease represents the exciting revitalization of the Meyers Street District.  The transaction was handled by Mike Donnelly representing both the Landlord and the Tenant.

Butte County Credit Bureau – 60 Declaration Dr., Suite A in Philadelphia Square.  Butte County Credit Bureau is under new ownership and has relocated to North Chico after more than 60 years in business at a downtown location.  The Landlord was represented by Candace Andel and the Tenant was represented by Mike Donnelly.

World Financial Group – Growing insurance and financial company expanding to a new office at 1430 East Ave., Suite B.  Landlord and Tenant were represented by Mike Donnelly.

Promise Church – New Church at 175 Chico Canyon Road.  The Landlord was represented by Mike Donnelly and the Tenant was represented by Brian Littrell.

Chico Naturopathic Medicine – New and improved location at Garden Villa next to Golden Valley Bank at 196 Cohasset Road, Suite 260.  Both Landlord and Tenant were represented by Mike Donnelly.

Bear Republic Nut Company – New start-up at 60 Landing Circle.  Landlord and Tenant were represented by Mike Donnelly.

Northern California Regional Land Trust – Relocation to 30 Independence Cir., Suite 100 in Philadelphia Square.  Landlord and Tenant were represented by Mike Donnelly.

Fiesta Insurance Coming to Towne & Country

(Chico)  It's party time at the Towne & Country Shopping Center in Chico, where Fiesta Auto Insurance is opening it's newest retail office.  Towne and Country remains 100% full, even in the midst of the COVID epidemic affect on the retail industry.  Fiesta is a nationwide insurance brokerage, offering a wide range of coverage for auto, home, business, rental property, boat, motorcycle and other assets that need to be protected.  Fiesta even offers tax preparation and department of motor vehicle services.The lease was handled by Mike Donnelly representing both the tenant and the landlord.

ATK Lighting Brightens Up Oroville

ATK Lighting Showroom in Gold Town Plaza, Oroville

(Oroville)  The future looks bright for a new lighting company in Gold Town Plaza in Oroville.  Home Improvement start up company ATK Lighting and Electrical has opened a showroom and sales department in the busy commercial center anchored by Denny's and A T & T next to Dutch Bros at 2470 Oro Dam Blvd. Suite A.  Owned and operated by Kenny Rodriguez who has more than twenty years in the electrical business, ATK Lighting offers a complete line of residential and commercial lighting design products, solar power and many other home improvement products.  The lease was handled by Mike Donnelly.

Trade Show - International Council of Shopping Centers CANCELLED DUE TO COVID
